Johnson & Johnson ordered to pay $4 billion to Talcum Powder users

The International Journal of Gynecological Cancer reported that frequent talcum powder use can the risk of cancer between 30 to 60%. Essentially, the more a woman uses it, the more likely she will become positive for cancer.
Lawsuits claim that for over 40 years, talcum powder manufacturers have known there is a link between using the product and ovarian cancer and mesothelioma. But, these companies decided to not warn women that these powdered products could cause cancer. Thousands are blaming Johnson & Johnson for hiding that their products are contaminated with cancer-causing asbestos, and this led to their develpment of ovarian cancer.
